Austria / Schengen Checklist for - Tourist Visa
Type- 1 Month
Documents required
- One application was completed and signed by the applicant.
- 1 recent passport photograph with a white background showing name of the applicant on the back side (In English).
- Valid Passport (6 months validity after return) and copy of all passport pages showing personal data, plus previous Schengen Visas.
- Civil ID copy (3 Months Validity after return date).
- Hotel Reservation OR copy for accommodation in Austria.
- Airline Ticket and Copy to any destination in Austria or Train Tickets or Car Reservation.
- All Risk Health and Travel Insurance with minimum coverage of EURO 30.000, per person valid for all Schengen Countries (Valid for the whole trip)
- Additional documents and copies might be requested in some cases.
- Financial means
Fee: Apx 4400/- for appointment and Visa visa directly at VFS
Austria Checklist for Business Visa
This visa with an official invitation for meetings/conference/exhibitions etc
Type- 1 Month
Documents required
- Invitation letter from Invitee
- One application was completed and signed by the applicant. (by GDT)
- 1 recent passport photograph with a white background showing name of the applicant on the back side (In English).
- Valid Passport (6 months validity after return) and copy of all passport pages showing personal data, plus previous Schengen Visas.
- Hotel Reservation OR copy for accommodation proof in Austria.
- Airline Ticket and Copy to any destination in Austria or Train Tickets or Car Reservation.
- All Risk Health and Travel Insurance with minimum coverage of EURO 30.000, per person valid for all Schengen Countries (Valid for the whole trip)
- Job confirmation letter, Salary Confirmation
- Financial statement of 3 months with enough running balance
From GDT - Appointment Confirmation + Covering Letter + Application form duly filled
Rate VFS Fee (80 Euro) and 2250/- Service charges
Processing: 10 - 15 working days after VFS Submission
