NOTE: Within 2 year of expiry, Golden Dreams can renew USA Visa without traveling to the Consulate, just submit your passport in our office only and can collect back from GOLDEN DREAMS.

PROCESSING - 21-30 Days from the date of submission.

Documents Required for Tourist B1/B2 Visa: - Application & Appointment

• Passport Copy (front & back)
• Scanned photograph (2x2 size)
• Proof of Employment
• US Invitation (if any)
• Attached Excel (to be filled by the applicant)

Documents for Bio metrics and for Interview:

1. Passport with a validity of 06 months from the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States.
2. DS-160 confirmation copy.
3. Appointment confirmation copy.

If a business person, then following documents are required:

1. Covering Letter on the business letter head.
2. Incorporation certificate of the company/ partnership deed/ proprietorship copy and GST copy of all 3 pages are required.
3. Company’s Income Tax Return of last 3 years.
4. Company’s 6 months original Bank statement with Bank Seal with Signatures and the name of the Bank Officer issuing the bank statement, with complete contact details of bank including the phone number.
5. Personal Income Tax Return of last 3 years.

If salaried person (Employee), then following documents are required:

• Covering Letter on the plain A4 size paper,
• Original leave letter on the letter head of the company
• 3 months’ salary slip with company stamp.
• Personal Income Tax Return of last 3 years.
• Personal 6 months original Bank statement with Bank Seal with Signatures.

Eligibility criteria for Interview Waiver (Drop box) program are mentioned below:

Children applying under the age of 14 years:

1. I am applying before my 14th birthday.
2. Children under 14 must submit photocopies of both parents' passports' biographic information and a valid U.S. visa page

Eligibility criteria for applicants over 80 years of age:

1. I am applying on or after my 80th birthday.
2. My most recent visa application was not refused

Renewal of B1/B2 visa:

1. Previous U.S. visas should be of B1/B2 category.
2. The previous visa should have been issued in India.
3. The applicant must have acquired the previous visa after January 1, 2008.
4. The previous visa should be valid for a maximum of 6 months or expired within the last 24 months.

Processing: Unknown timing as of now.
